Barbara Barnett is a writer/editor living in Raleigh. A former journalist, she was a reporter and editorial writer for The Charlotte News and The Charlotte Observer. She has a master’s degree from Duke University in writing and women’s studies. In addition to Southern Exposure, her fiction has appeared in The Journal for Graduate Liberal Studies, Hurricane Alice: A Feminist Quarterly, and Voices. (1997)
