The Environmental Protection Agency is holding the first in a series of seven official public hearings today to collect comments on a proposal to federally regulate coal ash. Today's hearing will take place at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City in Arlington, Va. from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and is expected to draw attendees from across the country.
