September 29, 2005 - The right-wing "porkbusters" are looking for programs to eliminate in order to pay for the Katrina/Rita disaster, i.e. "offsets." Of course, the usual suspects such as funding for PBS, Amtrak, the National Endowment for the Arts, etc. are at the top of the list.
