Vincent Harding, former professor of history and sociology at Spelman College, former lay minister of the Mennoite Church, former advisor and speech writer for Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., is the founder and director of the Institute of the Black World in Atlanta. He has authored sundry articles and poems and is currently putting the finishing touches on his book on the history of black radicalism in America to be published by Howard University Press. (1974)
