Robert Bildner is a former Research Associate of the Southern Regional Council's Small Farmers Research Project and now lives in Washington, D.C. Allen Thompson, an assistant professor of economics at the University of New Hampshire, Whittemore School of Business and Economics, assisted with the research which was funded by SRC.
