Here's an interesting report from Think Progress on Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) coaching Alito at the White House. Which is sort of odd, given Graham's Congressional oversight role and all that "advice and consent" stuff regarding judicial nominees. Whatever happened to the three branches of government?
