4 Years After Katrina: New Orleans faces major challenges

Four years after Hurricane Katrina, New Orleans and the Gulf Coast region still face major challenges due to blight, unaffordable housing and vulnerable flood protection, according to a new briefing from the Greater New Orleans Community Data Center.
