Today on CNN: The State of New Orleans

For those of you following our Gulf Coast Reconstruction Watch project, I'll be on CNN today at 1:15 EST to discuss our new report, "The Mardi Gras Index" (pdf) on the "Live from..." segment with Kyra Phillips.
